The only time we are promised is here and now - Seize The Day!.

A Heart Full of Love

With Valentines Day around the corner, we are either caught up in the commercialization of this one day dedicated to love; buying flowers, candy, trinkets, perhaps.  I would love to see everyday devoted to love... everyday should be Valentines Day!  What I see in the world are many people who profess love, but really do not have an inkling about what love is, what it looks like, what its actions are and are not. When we get caught up in our own ego, we forget.  When we operate from a place of fear, we forget.  When things are not going the way we planned, we forget.  When we judge ourselves and others, we forget.  When we are saddened or maddened by somebody, we forget.

Love is one of the highest vibrations of energy that exists in this world today.  It exists on the opposite side of the same coin as fear. Many of you who have read my book,The Light That Shines Through The Fields of Fear, know that I have certain issues with the Bible being written and rewritten by man, to control the masses and I do not normally go around quoting scriptures from the Bible, as this is not my style; however, for this blog, I thought these two scriptures to be very fitting:

1 Corinthians: 13:  " If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.  Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delightin evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."

And another important one which relates to fear being the opposite side of the coin from love, is:

1 John 4:18, "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."

You can't hold both at the same time, love and fear.  It is not physically possible.  When you think about love, what comes to mind?  Are you in it?  Are you in the flow of love?  Do you believe you are capable of be-ing love?  Would you like to create a love that is the best expression of love you have ever known?  Would you like to call in the perfect love? Would you like to create the perfect love?  Would you like to mend a love?

You see the answer to having and creating the most fantastic love possible is fairly simple: it lies within you.  We attract that which we are.  When we are vibrating on the energetic plane of love, we pull love into our lives.  If we are giving out love, and lots of it, we pull love into our lives. It is the lesson of the mirror.  That which we focus our attention on grows.

So, as you go about your day today and have time for some deep introspection, tune in to what love looks like to you. Tune in to what love feels like to you.  Send that energy back out into the world to everyone you interact with, starting with the first person you see... which should be you! When you look in the mirror, say your name out loud and lavish yourself with love and hold that love for yourself (genuine love) for a few minutes. Smile at you and say out loud, "I Love You!". Send love to you.  Fall in love with yourself and your whole world of love will begin to change.

Let's spread the vibration of love around the globe, today and every day!

I Love You!
